Change of payment account details
If you are submitting an invoice for payment, please ensure the following…
- That the sending name/ company to be paid is clearly stated (especially important if you are using accounting software which might not state if it is not set up with your credentials).
- That the e-mail subject clearly states what the invoice is for (e.g. Event Work August 2022).
- The invoice clearly states the date, job description, venue and rate (e.g. 18/08/2022, Driving Coach, Blyton Park – £170).
- That the invoice is physically attached to the e-mail for payment and not just text in the body of an email (no hyperlinks or sharing documents, a physical attachment).
- That the invoice is addressed to Supreme Trackdays Ltd, Abacus House, Pennine Business Park, Longbow Close, Huddersfield, HD2 1GQ.
- If you are VAT Registered the VAT number is on the invoice.
- That your account details are clearly stated and the name listed on the invoice is identical to the name held on the bank account (e.g. If the account is in a business name that differs from your trading name).
Please Note:
- Payments are scheduled on the 28th of each month.
- Invoice submission deadline for payment on the 28th is the 7th.
- Example… Work carried out in August, must be submitted by the 7th of September, and will be paid on 28th September.
- If your bank account details have changed since the last time Supreme Trackdays has made a payment, please fill out the ‘Change of payment account details’ link at the top of this email.
